The Real Estate EASY MONEY 💰 Days, Are OVER!

Easy money, in generic terms, represents a condition with low-interest rates, and it's easier for banks and lenders to loan money to Real Estate Investors.
Easy money is also known as cheap, loose, and expansionary monetary policy.
The term Easy money could also apply to Real Estate investing profits. The days of buying a property, doing nothing to it and having it increase in value in 6 months are a distant memory.
Thank Goodness...
Time to get back to normal market conditions where you have to:
Patiently Wait
Add real value
Rent it out with equity-building clients
Become a fantastic rental housing provider business operator
Treat your investments like a business
Then many years down the road, sell it for a profit.
